Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
At BUCKLELOOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled so the process remains fair, transparent, and smooth for everyone.
By placing an order with BUCKLELOOP, you agree to the terms
outlined below.
Return & Exchange Window
Items purchased from BUCKLELOOP are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing.
All items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, alterations, or missing tags will not qualify for return or exchange.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our quality team once the item reaches our warehouse.
Return Fees & Exchanges
Returns: A logistics and handling fee of ₹50 will be deducted from the refund amount. Exchanges: Exchanges are free of charge.
Each item is eligible for exchange only once. If the exchanged product is returned again, it will not qualify for further exchange.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Items purchased during sales, promotional offers, or special campaigns
Items returned without original tags or packaging
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery Return requests raised after the 7-day return window
All return eligibility decisions are made at the sole discretion of BUCKLELOOP after inspection.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange
request:
1. Visit My Orders on our website.
2. Select the order and choose Return or Exchange.
3. Submit your request within 7 days of receiving the item.
Once the request is approved, a courier partner will attempt pickup within approximately 48 hours.
Customers must ensure the product is securely packed in its original packaging with all tags attached before pickup. BUCKLELOOP is not responsible for items damaged due to improper packaging during return transit.
Exchange Processing
After the returned item reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a quality inspection. If approved, the replacement item will be processed based on product availability.
Please note that the complete exchange process may take up to 14 business days from the date the return pickup is completed.
You will receive an email notification once your exchange has been dispatched.
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an exchange
request has been initiated.
Refund Processing
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing.
If the return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after the required details are provided.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or banking partner.
Store Credit
In certain cases where store credit is issued instead of a monetary refund, the credit note will remain valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
We sincerely apologies if you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. Every product undergoes a quality check before dispatch, but in the rare event of an issue, our team will assist you.

Your order number Clear images of the product and the issue Our team will review the request and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Quality Inspection
All returned items are inspected by our warehouse team once they are received. If a returned item does not meet our return eligibility criteria (for example, if it shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or missing tags), the return request may be declined.
In such cases, the item will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. The customer will be responsible for arranging the collection of the item from our warehouse. If requested, we may assist with re-shipping the item to the original delivery address, and applicable shipping charges may apply.
Delivery & Courier Verification
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed only after successful verification by our warehouse and courier partners. Delivery confirmations recorded by the courier partner will be treated as proof of delivery.
Customers are advised to report any delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

BUCKLELOOP reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
